HFC Blends. The International Trade Commission has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping injury determination on hydrofluorocarbon blends and components from China. As a result, the International Trade Commission will continue its AD injury investigation, with a preliminary determination due by Dec. 2.

Carbon Steel Plate. In its administrative review of the AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China for the period Nov. 1, 2013, through Oct. 31, 2014, the ITC has preliminarily determined that (a) five of the six companies under review have not demonstrated their eligibility for separate rate status and are thus part of the China-wide entity and (b) Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. made no shipments of subject goods during this period.

Wooden Bedroom Furniture. In its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China, the ITA has preliminarily determined that producers accounting for substantially all of the domestic production of jewelry armoires that have at least one front door have no interest in imposing AD duties on imports of such goods. As a result, the ITA intends to revoke this order with respect to such imports.
