HFC blends – preliminary affirmative determination that both (1) hydrofluorocarbon blends from China that are processed in India using both Chinese and Indian components and then exported to the U.S. and (2) HFC components from China exported for further processing in the U.S. are circumventing the AD duty order on HFC blends from China
Honey – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on honey from China for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Oil country tubular goods – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on OCTG from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
PC strand – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Thailand for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rebar – net subsidy rate of 3.37 percent for one company in corrected final results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period March 1 through Dec. 31, 2017
