FTZ Subzones Approved, Requested

Subzones Approved. The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved the establishment of subzone 163E at the AxisCare Health Logistics Inc. facility in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico and subzone 163F at the Best Petroleum Corporation facility in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico.

Subzone Requested. The FTZ Board has received from the Southwest Idaho Manufacturers’ Alliance, grantee of FTZ 280, a request for subzone status for the Orgill Inc. facility in Post Falls, Idaho. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than March 27.
