The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the City and County of Denver, Colo., grantee of FTZ 123, a request for subzone status for the Ackerman North America LLC/dba Amann USA facility in Broomfield, Colo. Comments are due by Nov. 13. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time.

The FTZ Board has received from the North Carolina Department of Transportation, grantee of FTZ 214, a request to expand subzone 214A to include an additional site in Enfield, N.C., and to remove existing site 3 of the subzone. Comments are due by Nov. 13.

The FTZ Board has approved an expansion of production authority at the DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation facility within subzone 57C in Concord, N.C. DNP already had authority to slit foreign jumbo rolls of thermal transfer ribbons, dye sublimation transfer ribbon, and assemble STR photo printer components (including photo printer packages— printer cartridges and paper) within this facility, and the Board has now added foreign-status coatings and lamination to semi-completed coated paper to the scope of authority.
