The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the actions listed below.

- approved the establishment of subzone 2M at the Packard Pipe Terminals LLC facility in Belle Chasse, La.

- approved an expansion of production authority at the Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Chattanooga, Tenn., where VW already had authority to produce passenger motor vehicles under zone procedures, to add a foreign-status component to the scope of authority

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Offshore Energy Services Inc. facility within FTZ 124 in Broussard, La., where Offshore already has authority to produce API-specification 5L line pipe with welded-on-pin and box connections, to add two finished products and three foreign-status materials or components to the scope of authority

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Lake Charles LNG Export Company LLC facility within FTZ 87 in Lake Charles, La., which is used for liquefied natural gas processing
