FTZ Board Approves Subzone Expansion, Zone Reorganization

The FTZ Board has approved an application from the Foreign-Trade Zone of Southeast Texas Inc., grantee of FTZ 115, requesting an expansion of subzone 115B on behalf of ExxonMobil Oil Corporation to include an additional site in Jefferson County, Texas.

The FTZ Board has also approved a separate request from the County of Imperial, Calif., grantee of FTZ 257, for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The new service area is Imperial County and is adjacent to the Calexico U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry.
