Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Pease Development Authority, grantee of FTZ 81, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area would be Rockingham, Strafford, Carroll (partial), Belknap (partial), Cheshire, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Sullivan, and Grafton counties in New Hampshire, within and adjacent to the Portsmouth and Manchester U.S. Customs and Border Protection ports of entry. No new subzones or usage-driven sites are being requested at this time, and the application would have no impact on FTZ 81’s previously authorized subzones. Comments on this request are due no later than April 3.
