- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Rauch North America Inc. facility within FTZ 277 in Waddell, Ariz., which is used for the production of energy drinks, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages (comments due by July 13)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the FN America LLC facility within FTZ 137 in Dulles, Va., which is used for the storage of firearms, to add authority to remove parts from such firearms (comments due by July 13)
- authorized the use of foreign-status textile grass-catcher bags at the MTD Consumer Group Inc. facility in Verona, Miss., which is used for the production of walk-behind lawn mowers using such bags, subject to a restriction that no more than 2.3 million bags may be admitted into the zone under non-privileged foreign status annually
- authorized the establishment of subzone 47F at the Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America Inc. facility in Maysville, Ky.
- authorized the establishment of subzone 124V at the Seadrill Americas Inc. facility in New Iberia, La.
- approved production under zone procedures at the RegentTek Industries Inc. facility within FTZ 52 in Shirley, N.Y., which is used for the production of thermoplastic road marking material, subject to (1) a five-year limit on authorization for admission of the TiO2 input in non-privileged foreign status and (2) an annual limit of 1.1 million pounds of that input during that period
- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Traxys Cometals USA LLC facility within FTZ 158 in Burnsville, Miss., where Traxys already had authority to produce high-grade manganese and aluminum alloying agents, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material or component to the scope of authority
