- authorized production under zone procedures at the Andersen Regional Manufacturing Inc. facility within FTZ 277 in Goodyear, Ariz., which will be used for the production of windows for residential and commercial buildings
- authorized an expansion of production authority at the PPC Broadband Inc. facility within FTZ 90 in Dewitt, N.Y., where PPC already had authority to produce coaxial cable connectors, to add finished products and foreign-status components to the scope of authority
