The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the following actions.

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Patheon Puerto Rico Inc. facility within FTZ 7 in Manati, PR, where Patheon already has authority to produce certain pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority (comments due by Sept. 23)

- received notifications of proposed production activity at the Syngenta Crop Protection Inc. facilities within FTZ 154 in Baton Rouge, La., and FTZ 19 in Omaha, Neb., where Syngenta already has authority to produce crop protection products such as herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority (comments due by Sept. 23)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the CGT U.S. Ltd. facility within FTZ 80 in New Braunfels, Texas, where CGT already had authority to produce PVC-coated upholstery fabric cover stock, to add foreign-status materials and components, subject to a requirement to admit polyester knit woven dyed fabric in privileged foreign status

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Michelin North America Inc. facilities within FTZ 38 in Woodruff and Laurens, S.C., where MNAI already had authority to produce certain wheel assemblies

- authorized production under zone procedures at the ProAmpac Holdings Inc. facilities within FTZ 167 in Neenah and Appleton, Wis., which are used for the production of flexible packaging for food, medical, pharmaceutical, and other consumer and industrial applications
