The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from Lilly del Caribe Inc. a notification of proposed production activity at its facility in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Lilly del Caribe already has authority to produce the active ingredients humalog, duloxetine, abemaciclib, and barcitinib within subzone 7K and the current request would add a finished product and a foreign status material/component to the scope of authority. Comments are due no later than June 27.

The FTZ Board has received from the Lake Charles Harbor & Terminal District, grantee of FTZ 87, a request for subzone status for the Driftwood LNG LLC facility in Sulphur, La. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than June 28.
