FTZ Board Approves New, Expanded Zones and Subzones

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently taken the following actions.

- reissued the grant of authority for FTZ 103 in Grand Forks, N.D., to the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation

- reorganized FTZ 12 under the alternative site framework to cover a service area of Hidalgo County, Texas, in and adjacent to the Hidalgo/Pharr U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry

- approved the expansion of subzone 87F at the Westlake Chemical Corporation facility in Sulphur, La., to include two additional sites in Westlake, La.

- approved the establishment of subzone 145B at the Glovis America Inc. facilities in Shreveport, La.
