- received an application to expand FTZ 104, which currently has a service area of Bulloch, Bryan, Candler, Chatham, Columbia, Effingham, Emanuel, Evans, Jenkins, Liberty, Long, Richmond, Screven, Tattnal, Toombs, and Treulten counties in Georgia, to include Burke County, Ga. (comments due by March 27)

- authorized production under zone procedures at the Benteler Steel/Tube Manufacturing Corp. facility within FTZ 145 in Shreveport, La., which is used for the production of seamless quality steel tubes
