Expanded Production Authority. The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved an expansion of production under zone procedures at the Bauer Manufacturing LLC dba NEORig facility in Conroe, Texas. Bauer already had authority to produce pile drivers and leads, boring machinery, foundation construction equipment, foundation casings and related parts and sub-assemblies, tools and accessories for pile drivers, and stationary oil/gas drilling rigs and related subassemblies within site 1 of FTZ 265, and the FTZ Board has now added foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority.

Subzone Applications. The FTZ Board is accepting comments through Aug. 7 on the following.

- application from the Northwest Tennessee Regional Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 283, requesting subzone status for the MTD Consumer Group Inc. facility in Martin, Tenn.

- application from the Louisville & Jefferson County Riverport Authority, grantee of FTZ 29, requesting an expansion of subzone 29F in Berea, Ky., on behalf of Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas Inc.
