FTZ Board Considers Expanding Two Subzones

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Foreign-Trade Zone of Southeast Texas Inc., grantee of FTZ 116, a request to expand subzone 116A to include an additional site, which would include a 1.2-mile pipeline that links to existing site 5. No additional authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than Jan. 31.

The FTZ Board has received from the Greater Baton Rouge Port Commission, grantee of FTZ 154, a request to expand subzone 154C to include an additional site that would include three pipelines totaling 25 miles. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than Jan. 31.
