FTZ Board Considers Production Authority for Boat, Kitchenware Facilities

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board is accepting comments through Nov. 13 on the following.

- The Richland-Lexington Airport District, grantee of FTZ 127, has submitted a notification of proposed production activity at the BGM America Inc. facility in Marion, S.C., which is used for the production of sailboats, cabin cruiser powerboats, and outboard motor boats.

- Fuling Plastic USA Inc. has submitted a notification of proposed production activity for its facility within subzone 272C in Allentown, Pa., which is used for the receipt, quality control, warehousing, manipulation, testing, and production of disposable plastic and paper service ware and kitchenware products.
