The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council, grantee of FTZ 263, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework to expand its service area. The zone’s current area includes the Androscoggin, Cumberland, and Sagadahoc counties in Maine and the applicant is requesting authority to add York County, adjacent to the Portland U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. Comments on this request are due no later than Feb. 25.
