FTZ Board Reestablishes California Zone, Considers Subzone Request

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has reestablished and expanded FTZ 276 in Kern County, Calif., adjacent to the Los Angeles/Long Beach U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry.

The FTZ Board has also received an application from the State of New Jersey, Department of State, grantee of FTZ 44, requesting subzone status for the Distrilogik US Ltd. facility in Dayton, N.J. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this application are due by March 20.
