Donovan, Malpass Tapped for Senior Treasury Positions

President Trump has announced his intent to nominate James Donovan as deputy Treasury secretary and David Malpass as Treasury undersecretary for international affairs. Donovan is a long-standing executive of Goldman Sachs and currently serves as managing director at the bank’s private wealth management division. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia. Malpass led the administration’s Treasury Department transition team and previously served under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.
