DOTP. The International Trade Administration has postponed its preliminary dumping determination on dioctyl terephthalate from Korea from Dec. 7 to Jan. 26 pursuant to a request from the petitioner.

Garment Hangers. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China for the period Oct. 1, 2014, through Sept. 30, 2015, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 49.40 percent for Shanghai Wells Hanger Co. Ltd./Hong Kong Wells Ltd.

Cut-to-Length Steel Plate. The ITA has made preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Germany, China, and Korea.

As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject goods at the preliminary dumping margins, which are 41.97 percent for Austria, 2.41 percent to 8.98 percent for Belgium, 4.26 percent to 12.97 percent for France, 6.10 percent to 130.63 percent for Italy, 14.96 percent to 48.64 percent for Japan, 3.51 percent to 28.0 percent for Taiwan, zero to 6.56 percent for Germany, 68.27 percent for China, and 6.82 percent for Korea.

The ITA has also made preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determinations with respect to certain respondents from Austria, Belgium, Italy, and Taiwan.
