Voluntary Self-Disclosure Info Collection Under Review

The Bureau of Industry and Security is requesting comments no later than Jan. 6, 2017, on the proposed extension of an information collection that provides a method for industry members to voluntarily self-disclose antiboycott violations. Comments are invited on whether this collection is necessary for BIS to properly perform its functions; the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of this collection and ways to minimize it, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected.
