AD/CV: Shrimp, Ammonium Sulfate, Polyester Staple Fiber, Glycine

Shrimp. The International Trade Commission has scheduled the full sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China, India, Thailand and Vietnam. The prehearing staff report will be placed in the non-public record on Feb. 23, 2017, and a public version will be issued thereafter; prehearing briefs are due by March 6; requests to appear at the hearing are due by March 8; the prehearing conference will be held on March 10; the hearing will be held on March 16; and posthearing briefs are due by March 27.

Ammonium Sulfate. The ITC has scheduled the final phase of its AD and CV injury investigations of ammonium sulfate from China. The prehearing staff report will be placed in the non-public record on Dec. 28 and a public version will be issued thereafter; prehearing briefs are due by Jan. 5; requests to appear at the hearing are due by Jan. 10; the prehearing conference will be held on Jan. 10; the hearing will be held on Jan. 12; and posthearing briefs are due by Jan. 19.

Polyester Staple Fiber. The ITC has decided to conduct expedited sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on polyester staple fiber from South Korea and Taiwan. As opposed to full reviews, expedited reviews do not include a public hearing or the issuance of questionnaires.

Glycline. The ITC has decided to conduct an expedited sunset review of the AD duty order on glycine from China. As opposed to full reviews, expedited reviews do not include a public hearing or the issuance of questionnaires.
