Details: Net subsidy rates of 5.76% for China, 10.41% to 11.32% for India, 10.80% to 62.74% for Malaysia, 1.75% to 2.09% for Thailand, and 5.08% to 7.05% for Vietnam. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will be instructed to begin collecting CV cash deposits on entries of subject merchandise based on these rates.

Nature of Notice: Final affirmative dumping determinations.
Details: Dumping margins of 29.98% for Austria and 15.09% to 154.07% for China. If the International Trade Commission’s final AD injury determinations, which are due by July 12, are affirmative, the ITA will issue AD duty orders; otherwise, these proceedings will be terminated and no AD duties will be assessed.

Commodity: Ammonium nitrate.
Country: Ukraine.
Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of this antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Details: This order will shortly be continued for another five years.
