Washers / Furniture. The ITC’s final injury vote in the AD duty probe of large residential washers from China as well as the vote in the AD sunset review of wooden bedroom furniture from China have been scheduled for Jan. 10.

Wood Flooring. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2014 through Nov. 30, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted-average dumping margins of 0.22 percent for Jiangsu Senmao Bamboo and Wood Industry Co. Ltd. and 4.92 percent for all other companies under review. The ITA has also preliminarily determined that 24 companies under review did not establish eligibility for a separate rate. Moreover, the ITA has preliminarily rescinded its review of Jiangsu Keri Wood Co. Ltd. because that company withdrew its request for a review. Meanwhile, the reviews of Dongtai Zhangshi Wood Industry Co. Ltd. and Huzhou Muyun Wood Co. Ltd. have also been preliminarily rescinded because the ITA found their sales to be non-bona fide in a parallel new shipper review.

Copper Pipe and Tube. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on Chinese seamless refined copper pipe and tube for the period Nov. 1, 2014 through Oct. 31, 2015, the ITA has determined weighted-average dumping margins of zero for the Hailiang single entity and 8.53 percent for the GD single entity.
