The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping duty cases.

Graphite Electrodes – the ITC has issued the following schedule for its full sunset review of the AD duty order on small diameter graphite electrodes from China: a hearing will be held Jan. 23, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Jan. 15, pre-hearing briefs are due by Jan. 14, post-hearing briefs are due by Jan. 31, and final comments are due by Feb. 28
Biodiesel – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on biodiesel from Indonesia for the period Oct. 31, 2017, through March 31, 2019, with respect to PT. Cermerlang Energi Perkasa (CEP), PT. Ciliandra Perkasa, PT. Musim Mas, Medan, PT. Pelita Agung Agrindustri, and Wilmar International Ltd., and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates
Steel sheet – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip from China for the period April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019, based on the withdrawal of the review request, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates
Isocyanurates – preliminary determination in AD administrative review of chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain that producer/exporter Ercros S.A. had no shipments of subject merchandise during the period June 1, 2018, through May 31, 2019
Solar cells – correction to final results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China, for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017
Oil country tubular goods – preliminary determination in sunset review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Ukraine that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping
PET film, sheet, and strip – correction to notice of court decision not in harmony with final results of 2015-2016 administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India, and notice of amended final results of administrative review
