Steel Threaded Rod. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel threaded rod from China for the period April 1, 2014, through March 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero for IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd. and 11.07 percent for Zhejiang New Oriental Co. Ltd.

Innerspring Units. The ITA has initiated an anti-circumvention inquiry to determine whether certain uncovered innerspring units assembled in Macau by Macao Commercial and Industrial Spring Mattress Manufacturer from components made in China are circumventing the AD duty order on subject merchandise from China. If the ITA issues a preliminary affirmative determination, it will instruct CBP to suspend liquidation and require a cash deposit of estimated duties on the goods under review.

Calcium Hypochlorite. The ITA has rescinded its new shipper review of the AD duty order on calcium hypochlorite from China because it could not determine whether the sales of subject goods by Haixing Jingmei Chemical Products Sales Co. Ltd. during the period July 25, 2014, through June 30, 2015, were bona fide. The ITA will instruct CBP to discontinue the option of posting a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for entries of subject goods from this company and to continue to collect AD cash deposits at the China-wide rate of 200.90 percent.
