AD Duty Order Continued on Potassium Permanganate from China
The International Trade Administration has continued for five years, effective March 18, the antidumping duty order on potassium permanganate from China. As a result, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will continue to collect AD cash deposits at the rate in effect at the time of entry for all imports of such goods.
The products subject to this order include potassium permanganate, an inorganic chemical produced in free-flowing, technical and pharmaceutical grades. Subject goods are classifiable under HTSUS subheading 2841.61.00.
