The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Acetone – dumping margins of 66.42 or 131.75 percent (Singapore) and 137.39 percent or 171.81 (Spain) in final affirmative determinations in AD investigations on acetone from Singapore and Spain

Aluminum extrusions – final determination that no company has demonstrated its eligibility for a separate rate in administrative review of AD duty order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period May 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018

Glass containers – ITA’s initiation of AD and CV duty investigations on certain glass containers from China

Pipe and tube – subsidy rates of 0.82, 1.18, or 1.53 percent in final results of administrative review of circular welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017, and rescission of review with respect to six companies

Steel bar – dumping margins of 5.35 or 52.84 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018

Threaded rod – dumping margin of 20.83 percent in final affirmative determination of carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from Thailand and final affirmative determination of critical circumstances
