The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Dioctyl terephthalate – dumping margins of zero, 0.85, or 22.97 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on dioctyl terephthalate from Korea for the period Feb. 3, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Flanges – dumping margin of 204.53 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from Italy for the period Feb. 8, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Glycine – issuance of AD duty order on glycine from Thailand, with dumping margins of 201.59 or 227.17 percent

Off-road tires – dumping margins of 0.14 and 4.59 percent for two exporters in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Sept. 1, 2012, through Aug. 31, 2013

Paper products – initiation of anti-circumvention inquiry to determine whether certain imports of sheeter rolls of uncoated paper exported from Australia, China, and Indonesia and completed by conversion into sheets of paper in the U.S. are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on certain uncoated paper sheets from these three countries

Passenger and light truck tires – dumping margin of zero for 18 exporters in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018, and subsidy rates of 51.09 to 71.13 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on subject merchandise from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017

Pipe and tube – dumping margins of 2.48 to 3.8 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Shrimp – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from China for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019, with respect to 14 entities and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the cash deposit rates

Steel nails – dumping margins of 13.88 to 118.04 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain steel nails from China for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018, and preliminary no shipments determination with respect to 11 companies

Transformers – dumping margins of 40.73 and 60.81 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018
