Steel Flanges. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on stainless steel flanges from India. As a result, the International Trade Administration will issue AD and CV duty orders on subject merchandise, although such measures will not be imposed retroactively.

Sodium Gluconate. The ITA has made final affirmative AD and CV determinations on sodium gluconate, gluconic acid, and derivative products from China, establishing a dumping margin of 213.15 percent as well as a subsidy rate of 194.67 percent. If the ITC issues a final affirmative injury determination in this case, the ITA will issue AD and CV duty orders on subject merchandise.

PET Resin. The ITA has made final affirmative AD determinations on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Pakistan, and Taiwan, establishing dumping margins of 29.68 percent to 275.89 percent for Brazil, 30.61 percent to 53.50 percent for Indonesia, 8.23 percent to 101.41 percent for Korea, 43.81 percent to 59.92 percent for Pakistan, and 5.16 percent to 45.00 percent for Taiwan. If the ITC issues final affirmative injury determinations in this case, the ITA will issue AD duty orders on subject merchandise.

Hardwood Plywood. The ITA has initiated an inquiry to determine whether certain plywood with face and back veneers of radiata and/or agathis pine is circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on certain hardwood plywood products from China.
