AD/CV News: Ceramic tile, Glycine, Honey, OCTG, Shrimp, Tires, Sunset Review Terminations
Ceramic tile – the preliminary determination in the CV duty investigation on ceramic tile from China has been postponed from July 5 to Sept. 6
Glycine – AD duty orders have been issued on glycine from India and Japan, CV duty orders have been issued on subject merchandise from China and India, and the final dumping margins for subject merchandise from India have been amended to correct certain ministerial errors
Honey – the administrative review of the AD duty order on honey from China for the period Dec. 1, 2017, through Nov. 30, 2018, has been rescinded with respect to two companies based on the timely withdrawal of the review requests
OCTG – a recent notice listing the AD/CV sunset reviews that were initiated in June has been corrected because it inadvertently omitted the initiation of a sunset review of the AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Vietnam
Shrimp – the administrative review of the AD duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019, has been rescinded with respect to eight companies based on the timely withdrawal of the review requests
Sunset review terminations – the International Trade Commission has terminated its sunset reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders because it did not receive a notice of intent to participate from the domestic interested parties: certain off-the-road tires from China (AD/CV), crawfish tail meat from China (AD), and prestressed concrete steel rail tie wire from China and Mexico (AD)
