The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Electrodes – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on small diameter graphite electrodes from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time, which will result in the renewal of this order

Engines – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on vertical shaft engines from China

Oil country tubular goods – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD duty orders on OCTG from India, Korea, Turkey, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping margins up to 11.24 percent for India, 6.49 percent for Korea, 35.86 percent for Turkey, and 111.47 percent for Vietnam

PET sheet – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on polyethylene terephthalate sheet from Korea and Oman, with dumping margins of 8.02 and 52.01 percent for Korea and 2.78 percent for Oman

R-32 – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on difluoromethane (R-32) from China

Shrimp – dumping margin of 58.61 percent for one exporter, and preliminary determination of no shipments with respect to three companies, in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from China for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019

Stainless steel bar – dumping margins of zero and 11.88 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019

Steel pipe and tube – dumping margin of 8.48 percent for four companies in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018

Steel tubing – subsidy rates of 4.27 to 5.86 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period Sept. 25, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018

Sugar – ITC determination to conduct expedited sunset reviews of AD and CV duty orders on sugar from Mexico
