AD/CV: Steel Flanges, Monosodium Glutamate, Rubber

Steel Flanges. The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative  determination in its countervailing duty investigation of finished carbon steel flanges from India. Preliminary subsidy rates are either 2.76 percent, 3.21 percent or 3.66 percent.

Monosodium Glutamate. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on monosodium glutamate from Indonesia for the period May 8, 2014, through Oct. 31, 2015, the ITA has found that PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia did not make sales of subject merchandise below normal value during the period of review.

Rubber. The ITA has postponed from Dec. 28 to Feb. 16 the deadline for preliminary determinations in the AD probes of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Korea, Mexico and Poland.
