Steel Sheet and Strip. In its sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan and the countervailing duty order on such goods from Korea, the International Trade Commission has determined that revoking these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place.

Rebar. The ITC has made a final affirmative AD injury determination on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Taiwan. As a result, the International Trade Administration will issue an AD duty order on such goods.

Groundwood Paper. The ITA has initiated AD and CV duty investigations of uncoated groundwood paper from Canada. Estimated dumping margins range from 23.45 percent to 54.97 percent. The ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by November (CV) and January (AD).
