AD/CV Duty Investigations of Large Diameter Welded Pipe Move Forward

Wednesday, March 07, 2018
Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Commission has determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of large diameter welded pipe from Canada, China, Greece, India, Korea, and Turkey that are allegedly sold in the U.S. at less than fair value and subsidized by the governments of China, India, Korea, and Turkey. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its countervailing and antidumping duty investigations of subject merchandise. Preliminary determinations in these proceedings will be issued on or about April 16 and June 29, respectively.
