AD/CV Administrative Reviews Initiated

The International Trade Administration has initiated administrative reviews of the following antidumping and/or countervailing duty orders for the periods Feb. 1, 2016, through Jan. 31, 2017 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016 (CV). These reviews, which are expected to be finalized by Feb. 28, 2018, could result in changes to the AD and/or CV duty rates applicable to these goods.

- stainless steel bar from Brazil and India (AD)

- preserved mushrooms from India (AD)

- frozen warmwater shrimp from China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam (AD)

- stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy (AD)

- large residential washers from Korea and Mexico (AD)

- cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea (AD/CV)

- steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam (AD/CV)

- utility scale wind towers from China (AD/CV) and Vietnam (AD)

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- small diameter graphite electrodes from China (AD)

- uncovered innerspring units from China (AD)
