Electronic candle products – new IPR infringement complaint filed on certain electronic candle products and components thereof (complainants L&L Candle Company LLC and Sotera Tschetter Inc., proposed respondents located in Canada, China, Hong Kong, the U.K., and the U.S.)
Fashion apparel – termination based on a settlement agreement of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1157 on certain female fashion dresses, jumpsuits, maxi skirts, and accoutrements
Nailer products – in investigation 337-TA-1082 of certain gas spring nailer products and components thereof, issuance of a limited exclusion order as well as a cease and desist order against one respondent
L-tryptophan – ITC determination vacating the portion of the final determination relating to one patent and the limited exclusion order based thereon in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1005 of certain L-tryptophan, L-tryptophan products, and their methods of production
Nicotine pouches – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1192 of certain nicotine pouches and components thereof and methods of making the same (complainants NYZ Ab, Swedish Match North America LLC, Pinkerton Tobacco Co. LP, and wm17 holding GmbH; respondents located in Sweden and the U.S.)
Solar cells - amendment of complaint and notice of investigation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1151 of certain photovoltaic cells and products containing the same
Vehicle security systems – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1152 of vehicle security and remote convenience systems and components thereof
