Dawn Olesky Named STTAS Vice President of Drawback Operations
Detroit, MI — June 11, 2013 Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Dawn Olesky to the position of Vice President of Drawback Operations, effective May 15. Ms. Olesky now oversees all drawback efforts for STTAS, a leading international trade and managed services consulting firm.

Drawback is a 99% refund of import duties, taxes and fees paid based upon exports, but there are a number of complexities associated with the program. Olesky has been active in drawback operations since 1991 and her knowledge allows STTAS clients to maximize savings and expand global sales. In 2012 alone, under her guidance, drawback programs saved STTAS clients over $30 million.
Olesky is also a member of the American Association of Exporters and Importers Drawback Committee and has been a licensed customs broker since 1997.
