Lowering Duties on Apparel Imported from Mexico

There are a variety of programs available to reduce or eliminate duties on apparel imported into the U.S. from Mexico. This webinar will discuss the advantages and requirements of these different programs and how to best take advantage of them.

- U.S. goods assembled abroad (HTSUS 9802.00.8068, formerly 807)
- Mexico special regime (HTSUS 9802.00.9000)
- repairs and alterations (HTSUS 9802.00.5060 formerly 806)
- U.S. goods returned (HTSUS 9801.00.1098), including the recent change that allows importers to use this provision for foreign goods
