How to Get Your Product Excluded from the Section 232 Tariffs on Steel and Aluminum

Effective March 23, President Trump imposed an additional 25 percent tariff on steel imports and an additional 10 percent tariff on aluminum imports under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. However, affected companies can request exclusions from these tariffs for specific products. This 30-minute webinar will discuss which products and countries are covered by the tariffs as well as the procedures and timeline for requesting an exclusion.
