Job Description

Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg is seeking a Webinar Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with webinars and mass email communications, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

ST&R is the world’s largest dedicated international trade law firm, but prior knowledge of international trade is not necessary for this role. This is a hybrid position that may be located in any of our offices and will work closely with the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating webinars, including website posting, registration, and promotions, as well as assistance in scheduling and speaker management.
  • Providing customer service primarily via email for webinar related inquiries.
  • Managing technical logistics for webinars, including platform setup, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement.
  • Moderating and supporting live webinars, including speaker introductions, chat management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintaining and updating marketing materials, including event archives and department resources.
  • Assisting in managing the firm's contact database, ensuring accurate contact and event records.
  • Conducting research and data collection to support business development initiatives.
  • Supporting the overall Marketing team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous priorities, working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in using marketing technology. Experience with email marketing platforms and webinar tools is preferred, especially Marketo, GoToWebinar, and Kentico.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
