Interim Short Supply Procedures for Peru. The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements has issued a notice setting forth the interim procedures it will follow in considering short supply requests under the free trade agreement between the U.S. and Peru. These procedures are effective as of Aug. 14 and comments on them must be received no later than Sept. 13.
