About Our Seminars / Webinars

We invite you to take a few minutes to look through this page. You will find a wide range of courses that can meet all of your international trade and customs-related training needs. All seminars/webinars have been updated to reflect changes in trade laws that have occurred over the last year, including our newest seminar on Border Security and Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT).

Presented by former U.S. Customs officials, former U.S. Trade Ambassadors, attorneys, auditors, economists, trade analysts, and licensed customs brokers, and import and export specialists, these nationally recognized seminars/webinars are important components of multinational and Fortune 500 companies' education and training.

The National Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) has certified our 2009 importing seminars for Certified Customs Specialist (CCS ) education credits. Most of our webinars are also certified for CCS credit. Individual registrations, payments and logins (for webinars) are required to obtain credit for attendance of our seminars/webinars.

Now, more than ever, importers and exporters must keep up with the constantly changing rules, regulations and requirements that govern the international movement of goods. We live in a different world today and have been introduced to a new vocabulary with words like Homeland Security, Container Security Initiative (CSI), "24-hour pre-lading Manifest Rule" and C-TPAT.

The new international trade and customs environment calls for companies to re-evaluate their compliance programs. This is not only vital to transacting business in today’s global marketplace, it is a Customs and Border Protection requirement. The STTAS/WTI seminar/webinar program offers over 20 different seminar/webinar topics covering the most recent developments on everything international companies need to know to start an import or export compliance program, address specific customs or trade-related issues and keep up-to-date with changes in trade-related laws and regulations.

Please note all seminar/webinar fees are listed in US Dollars (USD). Fees are per person per seminar/webinar.
