If you do not receive a reservation confirmation at least two weeks before the seminar, please contact our office. To receive a full refund, cancellation notice must be received in writing ten (10) or more business days prior to the seminar(s). Cancellations received nine (9) business days prior to the seminar(s) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received within five (5) business days of a seminar. We reserve the right to cancel any seminar in the absence of ten (10) participants. In the event of such cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will promptly receive a full refund of their registration fee. Neither WorldTrade Interactive, Inc., nor STTAS can be held liable for expenses (i.e., travel and related costs) incurred in the event a seminar is cancelled.
