Ohio Foreign-Trade Zone Seeks to Reorganize Under Alternative Site Framework

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received an application from the Greater Dayton Foreign-Trade Zone Inc., grantee of FTZ 100, requesting authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area under the ASF would be Auglaize, Darke, Fayette, Greene, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Shelby counties in Ohio, within and adjacent to the Dayton U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. The application would have no impact on the zone’s authorized subzones. Comments on this application are due no later than March 9.
