KENNETH WOLF is Of Counsel to Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the New York office. Mr. Wolf is a senior litigator with over 35 years of experience, including more than 20 in the private sector. He practices in the areas of transportation, surety and commercial law. He also has an extensive background in customs and international trade law. Mr. Wolf is AV rated under the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating System.
An accomplished speaker, Mr. Wolf has frequently lectured before business, trade and community groups and has addressed the Judicial Conference of the Court of International Trade on two occasions. He has been a contributing editor and consultant to Customs Law & Administration, a leading treatise on customs law, and has authored a number of articles for professional and trade-specific journals, most recently “Electronic Discovery Issues in Litigation” in The Transportation Lawyer(April 2005).
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Wolf served for seven years as a senior trial attorney with the Department of Justice. He also worked with the U.S. Customs Service.
Mr. Wolf holds a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.A. from Queens College. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; the Court of International Trade; the district courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He is a member of the bar in New York and belongs to the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Customs and International Trade Bar Association.
