Following are highlights of regulatory effective dates and deadlines and federal agency meetings coming up in the next week.

Nov. 25 – effective date of USDA final rule allowing cold treatment of imported fruits and vegetables at Illinois airport

Nov. 25 – deadline for comments on forms BIS-647P, Delivery Verification Procedure for Imports, and BIS-645P, International Import Certificate

Nov. 25 – deadline for comments on CBP information collection on entry and manifest of merchandise free of duty

Nov. 25 – deadline for comments on USDA information collection on imports of pomegranates from Chile

Nov. 25 – deadline for comments to FTC on proposed revision to wool products labeling rules

Nov. 26 – deadline for comments on FDA proposed rules on foreign supplier verification program, accreditation of third-party auditors

Nov. 29 – deadline for comments to USDA on form FAS-961 on certificates of quota eligibility for raw cane sugar TRQ
