Wooden Bedroom Furniture. The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2009, pursuant to a court decision. The revised weighted average dumping margin for four manufacturer/exporters is 45.83 percent. If the court ruling is not appealed or upheld on appeal, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries of subject merchandise based on this rate.

Welded Line Pipe. The ITA has issued a preliminary affirmative dumping determination on welded line pipe from Korea and Turkey. The ITA will instruct CBP to begin requiring cash deposits based on the preliminary dumping margins, which are 2.52 percent to 2.67 percent for Korea and 3.11 percent to 9.85 percent for Turkey. The cash deposit rates for Turkey will be adjusted for export subsidies, as appropriate, found in the preliminary countervailing duty determination.
