The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-868 of certain wireless devices with 3G and/or 4G capabilities and components thereof. The ITC took this step after reversing certain findings by the presiding administrative law judge and taking no position on others with respect to the violation of patents asserted by InterDigital Communications Inc., InterDigital Technology Corporation, IPR Licensing, Inc., and InterDigital Holdings Inc.
