AD/CV Notices: Shrimp, Residential Washers, Steel Bar, Wind Towers

Frozen Shrimp. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero to 1.39 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 15. The ITA also determined that eight companies did not have any reviewable transactions during the period of review.

Large Residential Washers. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on large residential washers from Mexico for the period Aug. 3, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 6.45 percent for manufacturer/exporter Electrolux Home Products Corp. NV/Electrolux Home Products de Mexico S.A. de C.V. AD duties based on this rate will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 15. The ITA also determined that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. made no shipments of subject goods during the period of review.

In the final results of its countervailing duty order on large residential washers from Korea for the period June 5, 2012, through Dec. 31, 2013, the ITA has determined net subsidy rates of 34.77 percent for Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and 81.91 percent for Daewoo Electronics Corporation. CV duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and CV cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 15.

Stainless Steel Bar. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for producer/exporter Bhansali Bright Bars Pvt. Ltd. As a result, no AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods from Bhansali during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods from Bhansali that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 15.

Wind Towers. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on utility scale wind towers from Vietnam for the period Feb. 13, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for exporter The CS Wind Group. As a result, no AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods from The CS Wind Group during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods from this company that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 15.
